As a member of the FBI Asha gained experience in interrogation and electronic surveillance methods using firearms, as well as the use of force to kill. Asha graduated from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and has been granted an Fulbright to study constitution reform in Bogota. She graduated from Yale Law School as a Coker Fellow and was a legal assistant on behalf of Juan R. Torruella at the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit of San Juan Puerto Rico. She is a lawyer admitted to the New York State Bar, Connecticut and Connecticut. Asha is a frequent reporter for ABC News and has written op-eds for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, as well as The Washington Post. Asha serves on the Just Security board of editors and is also a Council of Foreign Relations Member.
